Fernando Bayeux is the Co-founder and Partner of Caporal Capital. Before that, he worked more than 10 years for Ambev / AB Inbev in Brazil and Global Headquarters in New York-US, where he was Global Director of Innovation, Global Director of Strategy and Insights, Skol Brand Director and was part of the team that created ZX Ventures, ABI’s New Business and Innovation arm. He also worked for 5 years at Natura, where he was Head of New Business for Latin America. Fernando holds a BA in Journalism from Faculdade Cásper Líbero, BA in History from USP, Postgraduation in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – CEAG.
